We offer a number of ways to make payment these include Debit card, Credit card (master card, visa, AMEX fees apply of 2.5%), PayPal, Stripe, BSB and ACC. Unfortunately we do not have after pay or zip pay but we are looking into this for the future.

Currently we only offer the secure options of Credit Card Payments (both MasterCard and Visa) and PayPal. We will be introducing further options in the near future!

Majority of our courses commence at 8:00am and will go until 4:00pm. When you book with us, you will receive a confirmation email with lots of important and useful information about your course, our facility and what is required from you before attending. It is important to read this email carefully and to contact us if you have any further questions.

Yes, however parking spaces are limited.

Unfortunately we do not offer these.

Students are required to bring the following with them on the first day of the course;

  1. Closed in shoes or boots for class room activities.
  2. Steel cap boots for practical activities.
  3. Hi Vis vest (we can supply one if needed).
  4. Hard Hat (we can supply one if needed).
  5. Long pants must be worn.
  6. Wet weather gear in winter.

Yes. This is a legal requirement. We cannot issue your certificate(s) unless you provide us with a valid USI. If you do not have a USI, our staff will be more than happy to assist you with this upon course commencement.

Our courses are very popular! So we do require a 50% deposit of the course price and the remaining balance can be paid on the day.

We do offer pay by instalments, however this will need to be completed before the course commences to ensure we collect full payment.

We do offer payment plans, we will require you to complete a direct debit form and pay a 25% deposit of the course cost upon booking and the remaining will be debited from the nominated account weekly/fortnightly at a minimum of $50.00 or monthly at a minimum of $100.00.

Some certificate and cards are issued on the day, others sent by the regulator and some require an application. We will look after all of that for you to ensure you get your cards as soon as possible. Importantly, all our courses allow you to work with your training as soon as you complete your course. Some course will result in temporary licences/permits issued on the day to ensure you can legally work. These generally allow you to work for up to 60 days.

Yes you can, reschedules are free if the request is made before your scheduled date(s).

Our website and your Confirmation Email that we will send you when you book will have the address of your training.

You will require one form of primary ID and one form of secondary ID

PRIMARY:

  • A current photographic driver’s licence issued by any Australian
    licensing authority;
  • A current overseas passport;
  • A current Australian passport;
  • An original birth certificate or a certified copy;
  • An Australian citizenship or naturalisation document or immigration;
  • A valid High Risk Work Licence;

SECONDARY:

  • A current entitlement card issued by a Commonwealth Government department (for example, a Medicare card or a Pension card);
  • A current credit card or ATM access card issued by a financial institution;
  • A passbook or account statement from a bank, or credit union not more than 12 months old;
  • A telephone, gas or electricity account not more than 12 months old;
  • A water or local rate notice or land valuation notice not more than 12 months old.
