About The Course
From 1st June this course will run Monday – Thursday 4 days Cost $1,500 inclusive of Worksafe application fees. These changes are necessary to enable our trainers to provide the required training and assessment under the new Units of Competence and Worksafe Assessment documents, the adopting of the WHS is also a consideration. We have endeavored to keep the increase in time and costs to a minimum.

This course is delivered over a 4-day duration
The total cost including WorkSafe fees is $1500
This course can be combined with a Dogging (DG) course by booking from our Dogging and Rigging page

TLILIC0040 – Licence to operate a non-slewing mobile crane (greater than 3 tonnes capacity)
You will be taught the necessary skills to plan, prepare and complete Non-Slewing Mobile Crane work as prescribed by the National Standard for Licensing Persons Performing High Risk Work. This will include:
- Compliance with OHS/WHS legislation.
- Communicate and work safely with others in the work area.
- Risk assessment and management procedures (particular awareness of the risks associated with overhead powerlines/electrical cables, ground conditions, crane tipping, other vehicles and personnel).
- Operation of a non-slewing mobile crane including all functions to their maximum extension in the lifting and moving of loads to the safe working rated capacity of non-slewing mobile cranes (over 3t capacity) in conjunction with other associated personnel.
- Appropriate mathematical procedures for estimation of loads.
This course is suitable for anyone over the age of 18 and with the ability to understand, read and write English to a satisfactory level for working in Australia. It is also preferred, but not compulsory to hold a HR Licence.
