Refund and Cancellation Policy

Course Alterations

WA Advanced Training Academy retains the right to cancel, modify, or adjust class schedules and appointment times as necessary.

Company and Group Bookings

For company or group bookings, the entity making the reservation assumes responsibility for each individual participant enrolled in the course. Please note that fees may apply for each participant position reserved in a class.

Exception Circumstances

In cases of exceptional circumstances (for example, but not limited to: Medical Emergency, Death in the Family, Serious Personal Injury, Transportation Disruptions) supported by written evidence, the General Manager may exercise discretion in considering a refund. To be eligible for assessment, refund requests must be submitted before the course concludes.
