Does your job require you to work in a confined space?
If so, this course is for you. You’ll learn the skills and knowledge needed to enter and work safely in confined spaces. This includes learning about different types of confined spaces, how to assess them, how to control hazards that may be present and what equipment is required.
We also cover rescue procedures if something goes wrong while working in a confined space. By the end of this course, you will have all the information you need to start entering and working in these areas with confidence.

About The Course
This course is delivered over a 3.5 hour duration
The total cost is $280
A refresher course will cost $195 Face-to-face only
CTF eligible? – you pay only $94 for full course and $58.50 for refresher

Construction Training Fund (CTF) Application Form and “pay the gap” at the time of booking a

- What does the Legislation say?
- Site specific confined space work analysis
- Risk assessment and hazard control
- How to select the correct equipment
- How to inspect equipment for condition and safety
- Explanation of the different fall arrest devices
- Testing for atmosphere
- Carry out task in accordance with issued permit
This course is suitable for anyone with the ability to understand, read and write English to a satisfactory level for working in Australia.
