Important Information
A High Risk Work Licence is not required for gantry or overhead cranes that have three powered movements or less. However, employers still have a legal duty of care to ensure operators receive adequate training, information, and instruction—this course supports that requirement.
A licensed dogger is required when:
- The load is outside the clear view of the crane operator, or
- Slinging techniques are required to lift a load
Working in confined spaces covers such a broad range of jobs where you enter places not initially intended for human occupancy or work. This course may lead to employment in the mining, construction and resource industries.
It is recommended, but not compulsory, that this course is repeated every two years to ensure that your skills and knowledge remains current.
Don’t take our word for it, here’s what our previous clients have to say.
